Issue with custom customer name.
How do i create a call in which instead of giving my name to the agent . agent say's the name of the user instead which is already in my database.
What i want to do is that the agent should call the names in my database automatically.
I looked it in this, but this for when customer is calling the agent. instead for the agent which is calling the user.
