Payment issue

Hi, @Shubham Bajaj We are facing a payment Failed issue while processing with a Buy credits. The organization ID is :- satvinder.s@westoryboard.com. I have attached a reference screenshot below.

unclear but most of transactions with your card are getting into, "Waiting for payment provider" state.

I'm writing to request assistance with a payment issue on my Vapi account. I am trying to purchase more credits, but the transaction is being refused.

Detailed description of the issue: I am attempting to purchase $10 in credits for my Vapi account. I have added a Visa card as a payment method and have a balance of approximately $13.50 USD. When I click "Purchase," the transaction is refused, and I receive an error message that states, "Couldn't purchase credits. Please enter a payment method to purchase credits." This is occurring despite a payment method being on file. My organization's wallet is frozen, and I cannot continue using Vapi.

I have verified that my card has sufficient funds and have used it for international transactions before. It appears to be a backend issue on Vapi's end, where the system is not recognizing the saved payment method.

Use this link to purchase credits, upgrade your plan, and edit your payment details --> https://dashboard.vapi.ai/settings/billing

Once you enter your payment information, be sure to click the checkmark to save your payment method. You will know if your payment is saved when your information is hidden by dots and you receive a notification that states payment information savedpayment information saved. After you save your payment method, you will be able to purchase credits. I have attached some screenshots for clarity and if you need additional support please let us know.
