question about phone-call-provider-closed-websocket

this call terminated due to phone-call-provider-closed-websocket
what does it mean? does it mean twilio closed the socket or vapi?
i have looked into the log from twilio side, and it's indicating the remote server closed the socket, see the img attached.
So mainly, is there anything we can do to prevent this from happening, other than passively seeing it happen radomly?
