calendar tool function

Hello team,

I’m trying to automate my whole appointment setting process through vapi.
I was able to connect vapi with high level and trigger automatic calls from there through webhook.

However, I also setup the calendar automation and I tested everything and it worked. When I try to book an appointment through ai voice, But whenever I make calls through HighLevel the webhook for the calendars is not triggering. Do I have to write a prompt somewhere so that it knows that a tool should be triggered whenever someone tries to book an appointment. Please help me

yes you have to instruct the assistant using prompt when to call the tool with what input and how to use it's response.

Also over the assistants dashboard, go to your assistant > functions > tools > select your appointment booking tool
