I am Unable to Access an assistant's "Model Settings" within the squads interface. I get this error: [Something Went Wrong!
Cannot read properties of null (reading 'length')]. How can I resolve this?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties accessing the "Model Settings" in the squad's interface. The error message you're seeing suggests there might be an issue with the data being accessed, possibly due to a null reference.
To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
1. Refresh the page to see if the issue persists.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the settings again.
3. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to view or edit the "Model Settings".
4. If you're using any browser extensions, try disabling them as they can sometimes interfere with web applications.
5. Try using a different browser or a private/incognito window to rule out browser-specific issues.
If none of these steps work, it may be a problem on the server side or with the application itself. In that case, please reach out to the support team with details of the error message and the steps you've already taken. They will be able to assist you further.
Would you like me to assist you in contacting support or is there anything else I can help you with?
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Vapi none of those worked
@TommyChryst
I'm sorry to hear that the suggested steps didn't resolve the issue. It seems like there might be a more complex problem that needs to be addressed by the support team. I recommend reaching out to them for a more in-depth investigation.
Would you like me to help you with the process of contacting support or is there anything else I can assist you with at this moment?

@Vapi how can I reach out to support
@TommyChryst
To reach out to support, you can typically follow these steps:
1. Visit the official website or user portal where you normally access the squads interface.
2. Look for a 'Support', 'Help', or 'Contact Us' section on the website.
3. You may find options to contact support via email, a support ticket system, live chat, or a phone number.
4. If there's a support ticket system, you can submit a new ticket explaining the issue in detail, including the error message and the steps you've already tried.
5. If email is the preferred method, compose an email with all the relevant information and send it to the support email address provided.
6. For immediate assistance, if live chat or phone support is available, use these options to speak directly with a support representative.
If you need assistance with finding the contact information or if you'd like me to guide you through creating a support ticket, please let me know, and I'll be happy to help.

You dont need a loom video.. Just try to adjust the model settings for an assistant in a squad.

Having the same issue as well

Doesn't work. It keeps the old prompt, doesn't auto update.

I am not able to access that screen to adjust the model settings, which is the problem. Look at the loom I sent if you're confused
