Calls not being logged
None of my calls are being logged and the HIPAA toggle won't allow change. What can i do?

GI am the admin on the account so permission should not be a problem. When i mouse-over the toggle, it shows a red circle with a slash through it and won't allow change. I DON'T want Hipaa, I'm not getting any call logs or end of call reports and the recording enabled toggle is turned off. It says I can't change it until I turn off Hipaa, but it's not on.
GAlso, there is a box with yellow text just below both of these: Disable HIPAA Compliance to enable recording.
GI tried updating the assistant by the api to turn off Hipaa and turn on recording. The assistant in the dashboard still shows the message to turn off Hipaa compliance and won't allow me to change the settings. Still not getting logs. INTERESTINGLY if I GET the assistant in Postman it shows Hipaa compliance FALSE and recording True - yet I'm still not getting recordings EVEN ON A TRANSIENT ASSISTANT THAT HAS HIPAA OFF AND RECORDING ON.
