LOCKED OUTOF MY ACCOUNT DUE TO VERIFF
I’m trying to use Veriff to verify my account, but it’s not working. I’ve submitted three different forms of ID, including my passport, and the verification is still failing. It just gets stuck on the scanner once it goes back to the dekstopBecause of this, I’m completely locked out of my Vapi account, which has over 100 organizations and more than 100 active clients that I’m currently managing.This is severely impacting my day-to-day operations and is directly hurting my customer experience. At this point, it’s extremely frustrating to have a verification process that isn’t functioning properly while blocking access to a live production account. Please urgently assist in restoring access to my account or providing an alternative verification method so I can continue operating without further disruption.
