Call failure - Ended: Call.in progress.error vapifault worker not available

We encountered an error for some of our calls - Ended: Call.in progress.error vapifault worker not available.
Could you let us know what that means? Is there a way to avoid or handle it?

The call worker not available error is extremely rare and typically caused by a brief, transient backend condition. It shouldn’t happen again going forward.
