Live call control "monitor" not showing up in call response object

Hello! I'm following the Live Call Control docs at https://docs.vapi.ai/calls/call-features , but I don't see any monitor object being returned after I create the call. Am I missing something? Or perhaps I'm not on the right Vapi tier?

I've added monitorPlan to my assistant's config, but getting the same response (just with monitorPlan also coming back in the assistant in the response). Also, the docs say that listenEnabled and controlEnabled in monitorPlan should be true by default

It looks like that's what I'm doing in my example above... Anything I should be doing different? I know you mentioned in an email that this is only available on "Pro or higher subscription tier" but I can't find any information on the Vapi website about that tier or how to get on it.
