Tried to purchase more concurrency - got hit with this

To resolve the error, please purchase more credits before adding additional concurrency lines.
1. Go to the Vapi billing credits page.
2. Enter the desired credit amount and complete your purchase.
Once you have enough credits, you should be able to purchase more concurrency lines without issue.

Just needed to add more credits. Didn't realize the concurrnecy was credit based - maybe make that a bit more clear
