Tool update failed error when saving a new tool
I am trying to create a new tool and getting the "Tool update failed" error when saving the tool. I noticed this issue around 12 hours ago and still happening.

WI am using Chrome, Version 142.0.7444.162 (Official Build) (arm64).
WAlso, tried on Firefox 145.0.1 (aarch64) without success.
ISame issue here — can’t save or create any tool.
Always getting: “Tool update failed – An error occurred while updating the tool.”
