Knowledge base not returning data when using chat

Hi,
We have configured an assistant with a knowledge base using query tool connected to a file containing the opening hours.

Asking the assistant for the opening hours by calling in to the assistant it works well.
But if we use the assistant chat feature the knowledge base does only return success without data, and then the assistant answers with a default answer that does not correspond to the data we have provided.

Example caller id when it worked well: 019a6c2c-e270-7006-bc67-d531742907d2
But I can not find id for chat session, and it is with chat it is not working.

What's wrong with the setup? Many thanks in advance πŸ™πŸ½
