I’m currently sending about 15 calls per minute from GoHighLevel into Vapi, but I’m consistently seeing 10–50% of them fail with the following errors:

I’ve already purchased 3 concurrency add-ons in addition to the 10 concurrent calls included with Vapi, so my understanding is that the account should be able to handle up to 40 concurrent calls.
i have a q and distributing 15 calls per min. and the average call is less than 20 sec.
how come i am still hitting the concurrency limit?
Could you please confirm if there’s an additional limit in place?
