Over Concurrency Limit Error

Does anyone know how to correct this issue?
The issue started when 2 campaigns started with 1 minute of each other, causing concurrency issues, I ended all campaigns and cancelled any scheduled campaigns 3 days ago how long does it take to fix this issue?

Can someone reset my concurrency limit? My organization ID is below.

Organization ID: 70fce8ef-b9dc-4b1b-adb3-da9a89f33735

Every phone number I have was affected by the "Over Concurrency Limit" error message.

Please advise how we can correct this issue and move forward.
