URGENT! No summary in call.analysis
Summary is still not being generated. I have set up prompt for summary, set minimum messages treshold to 1, as a server message I have Transcript (final) and end-of-call-report. But still when I check out the call analysis, the summary is non existant. Please help me out to fix this issue as it is extremely urgent. I don't want to use structured outputs, I want to stick to call.analysis summary.
