Issues with Bulk Voice AI Calls and Indian Local Voice Requirement
Hi Vapi Support Team,
We’re currently building a Voice AI agent using your API under the Bid2Bill project, and we’ve encountered a few challenges that we need help resolving:
We’re unable to make sequential or simultaneous bulk calls (e.g., 200–2000 calls) through the Vapi API. We’d appreciate your guidance or an optimized approach to handle large-scale call execution efficiently.
Some API requests show a “processed” status, but no calls are actually made. Could you please help us investigate and resolve this issue?
We also require Indian local voices to ensure natural interactions with our customers. Please let us know if you can enable or suggest suitable voice options.
