Issues with PlayHT and Voice Configuration
Hello!
I was having some issues with my agents, which involved 'voice circuits being overloaded' when i try to open the assitant. I realised that this is exclusive to assistants with 'PlayHT' voice provider and 'Ruby' as the voice which i cant seem to find at all now once ive created a new assitant. i then went on to your community voice library to see the voice options and providers and when i try to explore on PlayHT, it returns the exact same issue as when clicking onto the bugged agents.
Occured: around 15:30 AWST time
Response expected: to be able to edit and preview assistants
Response recevied: unable to preview of edit affected assitants
