how does chat work with squads?

I am trying to create a chat using this for testing https://docs.vapi.ai/api-reference/chats/create?explorer=true.
I have four sequential agents in the squad. Even after tool call is made for the second agent, Still the first agent is replying. I pass the whole conversation and tool calls in the message. How do i trigger other agents in the squad?

Do i need to specify which member of the squad is to be invoked when sending the input?

To trigger another agent in your squad during chat, make sure each assistant has an assistantDestinationsassistantDestinations entry with a clear transfer condition. For example:

I am tuning a prompt for a certain part of the conversation which is in the third agent, so i don't want to run through whole conversation again and again. I want to pass the whole context of the conversation that i will create from some previous conversation and then just send a single input and tune the prompt for the response. Is it possible?

unable to make transitions from agent to another in a squad the same squad is working fine for call.

even if my messages contain a transfer calll message to a certain member in the squad it still goes to the first member of the squad
