Squad Assistants don't work individually through web call or phone call

I have three agents leasing, maintenance and sales. I have added them all in squad and have a transfer tool for them to transfer to each other. Issue is I want to also attach specific phone to each agent as well.

So if a call comes in to a phone number attach to leasing then on that call the transfer to other agent can happen. But since I am unable to have call individually with each agent due to error of Invalid Destinations. Assistant (assistant name here) not found. Because the transfer tool allow us to have attach agent by Name and not Assistant Id.

How can I resolve this issue, so that I can individually have phone attach to each agent and still they will be in squad to transfer to each agent.
