Deepgram Flux interrupts

Deepgram Flux doesn't seem to be working as described. When I say half-sentences and pause, it just interrupts instead of waiting

e.g.

"I think..."

Agent: "Go on"

"that"

Agent: "I'm listening"

"I think..."

Agent: "Go on"

"that"

Agent: "I'm listening"

"I think..."

Agent: "Go on"

"that"

Agent: "I'm listening"

"I think..."

Agent: "Go on"

"that"

Agent: "I'm listening"

Smart Endpointing is disabled. How do you get it to properly wait for its turn?
