IF flow logic (paying for help)

Hello, I need to understand how can I make the prompt or flow to ask for missing details in 100% of the cases?
Basically I am sending the variables from Make to VAPI, and altough I put in VAPI Prompt that it should ask for details, it doesn't do it in 100% of the cases. Can pay for solution..

To ensure Vapi always asks for missing details, define each variable as required in your Gather node and use explicit prompts for each. For example:

Add a sample conversation to your prompt making sure the LLM asks for every variable, it tends to follow sample conversations better just than telling it to get certain variables

Hey, Could you provide the call ID where you experienced this issue? We want to review the logs to identify the cause.

The exact timestamp of when this happened
The response you expected to get
The response you actually received
