URGENT: Assistant messages are not in the call; repeating messages over and over
@Vapi @Duckie URGENT: hitting some very weird bugs that make voice calls completely unusable for us and customers.
The assistant says messages after the user answers, but the assistant messages are not picked up in the recording, transcript, or even model messages. It appears as if the assistant never said anything when it actually has.

@Duckie it is all set up correctly. everything was working until 2 days ago and no config has changed from our end

@Duckie yeah the Azure openai calls have assistant messages straight up missing even though the bot said it during the call. the recording and transcript is also missing them
