Outbound Calls Misrouted / Not Received – Immediate Attention Required
It is quite concerning that when I place an outbound call through VAPI, it sometimes connects to a different person instead of me, and at other times I do not receive the call at all. In some cases, the system shows that the customer did not answer, even though I never got the call. These issues are occurring while calling numbers in Pakistan, and this needs to be investigated urgently.
