Outbound calls

I’m creating an outbound campaign with a database of 134 phone numbers. The processing is completed, but under “total calls” it only shows 11. What could be happening?

I’ve already tested with other databases today and had the same problem.

Even with the concurrency limit set to 11 (10+1), if I launch an outbound campaign with 134 numbers, shouldn’t it try to make 11 calls at a time until it completes the list of 134 numbers?
