Call ends during a conversation

Hi team,
I m facing this issue where during the conversation the assistant just ends the call by saying "goodbye". This has been pretty sporadic. Eg: my assistant should collect user details instead of that, when the user has expressed interest in the product, instead of asking for information it just says goodbye and cuts the call. I have tested this with Web calling and also call to my personal number.
