Exotel call forwarding and voicebot connection
hey i have a exotel connection and voicebot enabled within the applet , i want to attach a voicebot to my number in such a way that it initially do conversation with client but then connect to the phone number depending upon a list that i give him , is that possible , can our ai model transfer the call to another number ? is this possible? or can it return something in exotel workflow so that i can attach a transfer applet if it returns yes and something like that ....i have a list of my registered clients and a human agent dedicated to that client phone number i want that every time the client calls my ai do convsersation with him and then checks my list and transfer the call to the number that is of the assigned human agent to that client is this also possible in vapi
