Outbound calls not going via SDK

I tried outbound call via python SDK getting this issue. How can I fix this?

To resolve the "KYC for compliance purposes" error:

Log in to your Vapi dashboard at dashboard.vapi.ai.
Complete the KYC verification process as prompted, or ask your account admin to do so.
After verification, log out and log back in to ensure your account status updates.

This should enable outbound calls. If issues persist, contact Vapi support for further review of your account status.
