KYC ERROR

Hey guys , i want to reach out to VAPI support for facing KYC error :(The operation failed with an error. [400] Bad Request - Couldn't start call. Your account requires KYC for compliance purposes. If you are an admin, please go to dashboard.vapi.ai and login to verify your account or request an admin to verify your account. You might need to re-login(logout and login) to the dashboard.) can someone please from the support solve this problem , thanks.

I had the same issue, you have to log out and log back in. You’ll be prompted by veriff to verify your identity. You’ll need to provide a snapshot of your ID and photo of your self. I’m still experiencing issues though as the veriff has been stuck verifying for the last 30 minutes.

I have the same problem, and also received the fraud notification email.

I don't get any Veriff screen on logging out and back in.
