Outbound calls blocked

Same issue as others:

I’m getting this error when trying to make outbound calls:
Outbound Call Failed. Your account requires KYC for compliance purposes.
However, I am the only Admin on my org and there’s no visible KYC or verification option anywhere in my dashboard (checked Org Settings, Billing & Add-Ons, Profile).

Screenshots:
-Email showing Fraud Alert
-Several emails sent since yesterday
-Red Error banner on outbound call
-Dashboard home (no KYC banner)
-Settings > Members (shows I am sole Admin)

Can you please enable the KYC flow ASAP on my account or send me the direct link to complete verification?
