- Your documentation mentions that enabling HIPAA mode is included in the $0.05/min platform fee, while the HIPAA zero-retention add-on costs $1,000. Could you clarify what level of HIPAA compliance is provided simply by turning on the HIPAA mode without the add-on? As a bootstrapped startup, we want to understand our HIPAA options without incurring the additional cost.
- When HIPAA mode is enabled, what information does VAPI return in terms of call summaries? Will we receive full transcripts and/or audio recordings so that we can store and process the data on our side?
