Call Concurrency limit for inbound calls trying to scale
Hi, I’ve set up a white-labeled product on Vapi and I’m preparing to launch. I already have influencers and strong marketing strategies in place, so I’m expecting to scale quickly.
My question is about concurrency limits for inbound calls. How many simultaneous inbound calls can my customers have at one time? From what I’ve read, the limit is 10 — is that correct? If so, what are the options to increase this limit for higher call volumes?
