Handoff summary in agent’s voice/language
Hi! When an inbound call is escalated to a human, I want the summary spoken in Spanish with the same ElevenLabs voice as the agent.
Agent is set to es-ES + that EL voice, but the summary sounds wrong/English-accented.
How do I force locale + voice for the handoff summary?
