Unable to Connect Vonage Phone Numbers - Application Configuration Issue

I hope this message finds you well. I'm experiencing difficulties reconnecting our Vonage phone numbers to VAPI after accidentally deleting our Vonage application.

Issue Summary:

Previously had two Vonage numbers (34854852175 & 34854852326) working correctly with VAPI
Accidentally deleted the Vonage application from our Vonage dashboard
Created a new Vonage application with proper Voice capabilities enabled
Unable to import numbers back into VAPI - receiving "The provided credentials are not valid" error
Current Configuration:

Both numbers show "Not linked" status in Vonage dashboard
Application has Voice capabilities enabled with proper webhooks
