Australia - Outbound with imported Telnyx numbers
I'm setting up outbound calls for an Australian client. We have no issues with current setup when using USA - USA calls using imported Telnyx numbers.
As soon as we switch to AU mobile-AU mobile calls, there is a massive lag the end user faces (reported as 5 seconds when setting Anchor site to Sydney, 10 seconds when anchor is set as Latency on the Telnyx SIP configuration).
Call recordings on Vapi do not reflect reality as calls are going through Telnyx, which is a problem to trouble shoot. Vapi recordings suggest AI responds quickly but reality is the end user faces a huge lag ( tested on multiple different users with same feedback).:my_emoji:
