Over Concurrency Limit. (Despite, we are maintaining correct slots)
Hi team,
I’m having issues with simultaneous call limits being triggered, even though I’m well below my limit.
My account has a limit of 10 concurrent calls, and on my side I manage available slots based on the call status updates I receive from Vapi via webhook. I only send new call requests when I know the previous ones have been completed.
However, I receive overconcurrency limit error from vapi's side.
This incident happened around 12 September 2025 5:30 PM UTC, I have also attached the timestamps of this issues.
Could you please check if there’s any issue on your side? I believe my approach is correct—managing slots based on webhook status updates.
