Need help for the issue: There are 2 AI assistants in 1 call

Timestamp: 09/12/2025 22:34 inboundPhoneCall (GMT+7)

Scenario:
  • A user called to a Twilio number (the 1st one), it follows the system prompt of the 1st AI 248a2edb-0d9f-462a-aeab-6bfb0d2c7c41.
  • Then, they hung up/let the AI timeout without further discussion. I set timeout is 60s.
  • After 60s, it switched to the system prompt of the 2nd AI 23b3f765-20c1-4f88-9934-51b98de6c423 and answer with that prompt, while the user did hang up.
  • During that timestamp, I had tested with the 2nd AI, but with different Twilio phone number (the 2nd one).
Actually received: 2 AI assistants are in 1 call after timeout.
Expected: the 1st AI should follow and answer through the call even it is timeout or not.

The 2 prompts are not the same.

How can I deal with that? Thank you.
