Detailed description:
We registered our Vapi account on September 1st. On September 11th, we received a request to verify our account.
We attempted to pass the verification using documents that had previously been accepted by your verification partner Veriff.com. However, the verification process never completed — the screen froze and has remained in this state ever since.
We’ve tried re-uploading documents several times using different devices and browsers — no change.
The account is used by different employees from different countries, so logins may originate from various IP addresses — possibly triggering security flags.

We are a fully legal and officially registered company based in Dubai, operating with a team of over 500 people. Our business card is already linked to the Vapi account. You can check our website here: https://whitewill.ae/
We kindly ask you to manually verify our account or guide us through a working alternative flow, so we can start using the platform as soon as possible.
