TransferCall Phone Line not Showing in Transcript

Previously in the transcript we could see what phone line the call was transferred to and now this information is not longer showing in Transcript or the Messages.

It's for all calls that have the call ended reason as "Assistant forwarded call". These are all the calls that get transferred to an external line. An example below.

11:58:46 AM(+00:50.97) - this is when the call is transferred and in the transcript it used to show the phone line it was transferred to and now it does not show this on any calls.

The number that the call was forwarded to is still present in the logs, despite it not being in the transcript.

@Kyle in the transcript, it was helpful having the number there with the transcript so we could review it all at the same time without having to go into multiple areas.

We're also still unable to find transfer number in the logs as well. See example below.

@Kyle @Praveen we really need to investigate some calls transfers and what numbers they went to but we're still unable to see the phone line. Can we please get an update on this? Here's ana example call that was transferred ID - 0199a395-5b1c-7889-b4a8-d5725c3bee4f

There is nowhere in the call log dashboard that shows the transfer phone line.

This is the line from the logs. You might be able to find this line with a different view of the logs. Alternatively, you can use a webhook for the

serverMessages

serverMessages

for tool calling to get the arguments of the tool. If you are not able to find this line for that specific call, please let us know

@Kyle thanks. Is there a way we can get the phone lines added back into the transcript? It's taking us a lot longer to review the calls now have to go through these steps in the "messages" area.
