Tool test functionality broken?

I'm trying to use the Test functionality within Tools. I have an API call defined with 2 parameters (see screenshots), but when I click Test, the request body (auto-generated from variables) seems to take the value of the first parameter for both parameters (see screenshot).
Help is appreciated.
