Background sound adjustment + Test suite functionality

My name is Timo Verbeek, and I am the GenAI Specialist @ the Generative AI team at Zonneplan (Dutch Energy Company). For your reference, we are working within the VAPI account associated with development@zonneplan.nl .

We are in the final stages of launching our AI voicebot and have encountered the following technical issues:

1. Background sound adjustment: I would like to change the background sound. I want to change the volume slightly and after 2 minutes it fades out and fades in again. I tried uploading my own voice or another voice via soundjay, but then I don’t hear anything.
2. Test suite functionality: The Test Suite does not appear to be working correctly with our Dutch-language bot. Could you help us understand why this might be happening and how we can resolve it?
   Custom RAG filler word: We would like to change the default RAG filler word from 'moment' (the Dutch word for 'one moment') to a subset of filler words. Is this customization possible, and if so, how can we implement it?
