Unable to update credit card account frozen with negative 1 cent

The issue was not on a call. It is my agency.


I tried updating the CC and it is not updating on the back end. I keep getting an error CC failed (see screenshot). I know the card work as I have confirmed with my CC company and I have successfully set up a second VAPI account with that card.

The balance on the account that is frozen is negative (see screenshot). Maybe that has something to do with it. I have tried multiple browsers and as I stated I used the same card to set up a new VAPI account without issue. This issue seems to be tied to the account. Please fix this asap so that I can successfully updated my credit card and get my assistants working again.

I did come across some info on Google (search link below), that this is a known issue. Please I need to get it fixed asap.
