Verification Not Working

Attempting to login to my account and an ID verification comes up, I add the details in and it says it should take 1-3 minutes to verify but it just stays stuck

Tried multiple times and it was stuck for up to 20 minutes for one of the attempts

What is going on here

I am having the same problem and VAPI is not responding. I wrote directly to the Veriff website chat and sent an Email to their support. They informed me that they cannot help me due to legal issues with verification systems.
