Problem with BYO SIP
Hi all, we run into issues with our BYO SIP, i have tested 2 different scenarios and both stop working after a few hours of days. First i created an extention inside our Asterisk pbx and let it register, this worked for a few weeks but since last week it stops registering after a few hours and the agent goes offline. I decided to go with a SIP trunk as i expected this to be more robust, it registered and worked for 2 days and then stops registering as well. I have no idea why but it feels like the BYO SIP is broken since last week. Anyone an idea. I have set Options ping to be enabled, monitoring the SIP trunk itself it does register every 5 minutes as long as it works but then it suddenly stops to renew the registration. Hope anyone can help as this makes the whole assistant unusable for now.
