Help Desk Chat Does Absolutely Nothing
WHile attempting to ask the chat bot a question it does nothing, it doesn't hear me nor respond whatsoever.

ANowhere did I say anything about changing my password. Is that required to access the chat? Please be more thorough when responding so we aren't left guessing what on earth you are having us do and why. Next, how the heck do I make this post you suggested? If you're going to give us some extremely odd answer at least give step by step instructions to what you are suggesting. So far, I am very disappointed with the support and functionality of Vapi. What should have been reasonably eas to setup and resell has become a month long path to nowhere. You guys are leaving huge money on the table for these issues.
