Silence Related Help
Hey Everyone ! I have a AI voice agent and the issue is when the user stays silent the calls gets disconnected after 30 seconds due to silence timeout, but I need a fix that before timeout the agent should ask again one more time that "Hey if you are still there". I have tried it adding in prompt but didnt fixed the issue. Any help will be appreciated
