GHL booking error

i have all of the appropriate tools set up, my caller doesn't seem, to be able to read it, just says my client is always unavailable. the Id matches, i tell my prompt to activate tools, i honestly have no idea what im doing thats incorrect/

i dont know, tha ai caller always says there no availability.
