agency plan 3000 minutes vs credits
I am really confused with credis vs plan, we are currently subscribed to 3000 minutes with agency plan, but i dont understand why i can see 1900 minutes calls for the month and can't call. It is also saying i am -400 credits,.
Can you please explain what does it mean if we subscribed for 500$ monthly with 3000 imins and why i still need credits?
