Credits and old Agency Plan

I am seeing that we are kind of stuck between the old pricing plan (Agency) and the new pricing model. We signed up for the Agency plan with 3000 included minutes, but we seem to not be able to use those minutes. We've been charged twice for it now and show the 3000 minutes in our dashboard but we keep hitting errors based on credits. Can we get access to those 3000 minutes? If not, can we at least receive the credits from the last two Agency payments we made?
