Dpuble booking Using calendar create event and availablity tool for google calendar.
One customer calls and creates an appointment for 7 AM Monday; then a second customer calls and creates an appointment for 7 AM Monday. I get two or more customers scheduled at the same time, which is impossible for my business to handle two at once. I want the program to not create an appointment if the slot is already taken. I have tried fixing prompts and fixing descriptions of tools, but the problem persists.
