issue with workflow, conversation node, continue without user response
I’m having an issues with a workflow, mainly with a conversation node. The goal is to display a message to the user without requiring any response, and then automatically continue to the next node. However, the node always waits for user input before proceeding.
The documentation/ ai help bot says leaving it blank should skip to the next node, but that doesn’t work. I’ve also tried adding conditions and phrases to force it to move on, but nothing helps. I couldn’t find any solution in prior support tickets either.
Can you please advise? This is very frustrating.

Generate and say one empathetic sentence that acknowledges the caller’s problem.
Maximum 120 characters.
Do not mention next steps or give solutions, only acknowledgment.
Do not expect a response from the caller.
Transition
Proceed to the next node when the empathetic sentence is spoken
